Hello friends, my name is Charity and I am a believer in Jesus, a wife, a home-schooling mom to three kids, and a toxin-free living advocate. I spend my days teaching three different grade levels at the same time, making our home inviting and welcoming for hospitality, cooking, baking cakes, and drinking lots of coffee. I am a musician by trade, and our family sing and play instruments together as often as possible. I also grew up in the England, so I enjoy tea and scones too!
Are you tired of woke cosmetic companies and trying to find those that support your family values? This blog was started originally in hopes to partner with you and others to help educate in green beauty and wellness in general, and to share snippets of my life and family. And while I will continue to share some of these, my goals have shifted in this present season of my life. I am more committed to time with my family, and also to supporting and sharing products and ideas that align with my values of faith, family, and freedom.
So what will you find here? Well, I recently stepped away from advocacy with Crunchi to pursue more time with my family and sharing about a variety of things that align with my values. I will share my favorite conservative brands in a variety of areas, and some DIY skincare recipes. The toxicity of the woke arena is far worse than many of the ingredients found in makeup and skincare. I still prefer to use as ‘clean’ ingredients as possible, but I’m not just looking at the ingredient list anymore.
I also will be sharing about my gut healing story with SIBO, how I discovered my issues, how I am healing from them, and some great recipes. More on this coming soon!
If you sign up for my blog posts and newsletter, you will receive free access to my Master List of safe swaps and conservative companies in just about every area of body care, makeup, baby care, and household cleaners.
I am thrilled you are here, and I hope you can find help. I am humbled to get to share this with you, and am eager to learn more from this community as well.
Blessings,
P.S. I do make commission on products bought through some links, but my opinions are all my own!
P.P.S I feel Crunchi, as a brand, is remaining neutral in politics and ‘wokeness’ and therefore, I still feel I can purchase from them for the time being. I still love many of their products and I have a lovely advocate, Stacy Vickroy, and it’s her personal shopping link that is in my links above for Crunchi.
